Guilherme Pegado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Taveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Taveira in the 9th minute of play forced CD Nacional's goalkeeper Guilherme Pegado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentim Valadares in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guilherme Pegado saved CD Nacional from getting behind. In the 13th minute, 康鹰明 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CD Nacional's Guilherme Pegado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Lima in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Elias Silveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Nacional's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Imortais FC the free kick. The supporters of Imortais FC booed when CD Nacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, CD Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Taveira came free, but Guilherme Pegado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guilherme Pegado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Taveira in the 31st minute of the match. In the 38th minute Valentim Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Pegado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Dário Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Zeferino Amaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CD Nacional's Sálvio Gois was substituted for Zeferino Amaro. A collision led to CD Nacional getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Zeferino Amaro hit a great ball. 72 minutes in the game Gusmão Mota did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Raimundo Taveira. Guilherme Pegado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Taveira in the 83rd minute of the match. Valentim Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to CD Nacional getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Silvestre Regalado hit a great ball. Guilherme Pegado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentim Valadares in the 92nd minute of play. When Fernando Henriques was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. After 97 played minutes CD Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Henriques. Despite being the better team, Imortais FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
