Flávio Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Jairo Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurentino Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Strong's Jairo Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurentino Costa in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, FC Strong's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Osório came free, but Jairo Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Domingos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Domingos Bulhosa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Gentil in the 16th minute of play forced Felgueiras FC's goalkeeper Domingos Bulhosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurentino Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Osório in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Felgueiras FC's zone, Máximo Gentil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Bulhosa came out of the goal and Máximo Gentil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 32 minutes of play, FC Strong's Daniel Domingos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Bulhosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Máximo Gentil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Domingos Bulhosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Felgueiras FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Baltasar Lencastre hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, FC Strong's Eduardo Aveiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Domingos Bulhosa. Domingos Bulhosa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Máximo Gentil made the kick off in the second half. Domingos Bulhosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sílvio Bento went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Máximo Gentil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Bulhosa having to interfere. Domingos Bulhosa came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Strong's Máximo Gentil. But to his dismay, Máximo Gentil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Eduardo Aveiro kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Filipe Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Máximo Gentil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Bulhosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máximo Gentil in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80thth minute of the game Estevão Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Strong's Jairo Freitas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Flávio Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Strong's Daniel Ferrão was substituted for Sílvio Bento. FC Strong's Jairo Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Osório in the 90th minute of play. When Laurentino Costa fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Felgueiras FC's protests and gave Laurentino Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Felgueiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Laurentino Costa. When the referee ended the match the FC Strong players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
