Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adalberto Varela started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Adalberto Varela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Connell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Herois Do Mar getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Achille Cardano hit a great ball. Alex Connell was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Dário Lemos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dário Lemos really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Adalberto Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Adalberto Varela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Dário Lemos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JUVELEO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Lemos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herois Do Mar's Alex Connell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Herois Do Mar from getting a goal against them. Dário Lemos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Connell having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Gervásio Varanda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herois Do Mar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JUVELEO FC the free kick. Gervásio Varanda hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervásio Varanda was the one to do the kick off. Alex Connell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalberto Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 minutes, Cláudio Ramalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JUVELEO FC and the Herois Do Mar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Cláudio Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Connell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Varela in the 56th minute of play. Joaquim Parente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute Dário Lemos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermínio Belo charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermínio Belo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Herois Do Mar's Hermínio Belo got a free kick in the 67th minute. Adalberto Varela might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Connell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adalberto Varela ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the match, Dário Lemos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Connell. Herois Do Mar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dário Lemos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Alex Connell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário Lemos in the 77th minute of play. After 79th play minutes Dário Lemos shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Alex Connell and just under the crossbar into goal. Adalberto Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Connell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Lemos in the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute Adalberto Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Achille Cardano hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Achille Cardano during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Herois Do Mar getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Achille Cardano hit a great ball. Dário Lemos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Alex Connell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. JUVELEO FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
