An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Vasconcelos in the 3rd minute of play forced Inter Porto's goalkeeper Hipólito Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Andorinha FC's zone, Frederico Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adão Quinaz came out of the goal and Frederico Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Andorinha FC's goalkeeper Adão Quinaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Frederico Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Florentino Veremundo came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Andorinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Veremundo couldn't finish the play. Florentino Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 毛国洲 hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Benedito Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florentino Veremundo got free with Hipólito Montenegro in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, Florentino Veremundo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Andorinha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isa Adeleye stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Inter Porto's Gentil Vilela got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute, Isa Adeleye made a precise shot to the right of Hipólito Montenegro. Inter Porto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Isa Adeleye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipólito Montenegro having to interfere. Benedito Vasconcelos struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Hipólito Montenegro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andorinha FC. Hipólito Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedito Vasconcelos in the 73rd minute of play. Florentino Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th match minute, Andorinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Veremundo to maneuver through the defense. Inter Porto's Hipólito Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Veremundo in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Marques in the 79th minute of play forced Andorinha FC's goalkeeper Adão Quinaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederico Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Adão Quinaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adão Quinaz was a little too slow when Nélson Ventura got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Andorinha FC had won after a very even match.
