An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermes Bezerra in the 8th minute of play forced Maia AC's goalkeeper Pedro Macena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Júlio Azeredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mogadourense A. C.'s Pascoal Jesus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Macena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Milio went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Noel Liberato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pascoal Jesus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Maia AC's goalkeeper Pedro Macena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Milio. 32 minutes into the match, Maia AC's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Varanda came free, but Pedro Macena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maia AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. 72 minutes into the match, Moisés Monsanto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Macena.
