C.'s Pascoal Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Lencastre in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Domingos Lencastre made a precise shot to the right of Pascoal Jesus. Mogadourense A. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Pascoal Jesus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Reus went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Meng Yue Yin hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Domingos Lencastre put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Pascoal Jesus. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moisés Monsanto to strike the kick off in the second half. Pascoal Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Eduardo Ferrão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermes Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Malheiro took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascoal Jesus. Pascoal Jesus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermes Bezerra in the 95th minute of play forced Pedreiras SC's goalkeeper Eduardo Ferrão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute Hermes Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Ferrão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pedreiras SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
