In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galaxy Union FC's goalkeeper Atanasije Martać, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 谢瑜南 made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Paulino Azeredo sent off a good shot on target. When Amado Teles came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Galaxy Union FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Teles couldn't finish the play. After 40 played minutes Galaxy Union FC got a freekick which was hit by Namık Kemal Gültekin. Teófilo Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higino Reis struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Atanasije Martać didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ladroeira FC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some careless play in the Galaxy Union FC defense, Sümer Erdemalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atanasije Martać. The Galaxy Union FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atanasije Martać should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octávio Valério in the 68th minute of play forced Galaxy Union FC's goalkeeper Atanasije Martać to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Galaxy Union FC's Sabino Belo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Octávio Valério was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Ladroeira FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of Galaxy Union FC booed when Ladroeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emrah Ertüze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladroeira FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
