Suricata FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aldaír Morais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cesário Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldaír Regueira went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Aldaír Morais struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Cesário Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtic FC. Cesário Queirós came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Celtic FC's Aldaír Morais. But to his dismay, Aldaír Morais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After some careless play in the Suricata FC defense, Tomás Salgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesário Queirós. The Suricata FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesário Queirós should have stopped the shot. Aldaír Morais took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesário Queirós. Cesário Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Cesário Queirós came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Celtic FC's Tomás Salgado. But to his dismay, Tomás Salgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Aldaír Morais struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cesário Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtic FC. In the 40th minute Tomás Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesário Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesário Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldaír Morais in the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júlio Eanes to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Suricata FC's Cesário Queirós got control of the ball when Aldaír Morais tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacob Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldaír Morais got free with Cesário Queirós in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 64 minutes of play, Celtic FC's Aldaír Morais made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesário Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aldaír Morais did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Cesário Queirós 70 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Aldaír Morais dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cesário Queirós, 0-10. When Celtic FC's Aldaír Morais, in the 76th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Celtic FC. In the 78th minute, Tomás Salgado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cesário Queirós. The goal made the score 0-11. Cesário Queirós was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Tomás Salgado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomás Salgado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. 92 minutes into the match, Aldaír Morais notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Suricata FC's Cesário Queirós. Cesário Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
