Pedro Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Azenha, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, DPD FC's Aristides Santiago got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Ronaldo Azenha made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Nóbrega. DPD FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The long shot by Claudemiro Vilalobos in the 15th minute really tested Ding Kahn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. DPD FC's Pedro Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Azenha in the 16th minute of play. Pedro Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zsolt Mēness, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zsolt Mēness in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Safira Harammes's Ronaldo Azenha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Nóbrega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zsolt Mēness had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Azenha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Azenha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Pedro Nóbrega was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedro Nóbrega came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Safira Harammes's Ronaldo Azenha. But to his dismay, Ronaldo Azenha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Azenha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Nóbrega was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zsolt Mēness was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Pedro Nóbrega managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Safira Harammes's Roberto Spöerer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Safira Harammes booed when DPD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafim Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Roberto Spöerer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Safira Harammes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Spöerer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zsolt Mēnesss short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Pedro Nóbrega to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ronaldo Azenha succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. Zsolt Mēness recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Azenha lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Pedro Nóbrega. Safira Harammes's Zsolt Mēness was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zsolt Mēness got free with Pedro Nóbrega in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zsolt Mēness's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Nóbrega firmly grabbed it by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Azenha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Nóbrega. DPD FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Azenha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. In the 85thth minute of the game Ronaldo Azenha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DPD FC's Pedro Nóbrega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Zsolt Mēness lined in a short shot 0-10 behind a frustrated Pedro Nóbrega. In the 92nd minute Ronaldo Azenha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
