A collision led to ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Armando Baía hit a great ball. ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's Filip De Wilde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, António Cerqueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filip De Wilde was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Ronaldo Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Filip De Wilde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team got a freekick which was hit by Armando Baía. 28 minutes into the match, ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's goal looked a bit too open when António Cerqueira came free, but Filip De Wilde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28th play minutes Rui Estrela shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Filip De Wilde and just under the crossbar into goal. Armando Baía kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Filip De Wilde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saúl França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Estrela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip De Wilde having to make a save. In the 45th minute, Hildeberto Regueira made a precise shot to the right of Hélder Vasques. Vaiamonte FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Éder Seabra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game António Cerqueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's Filip De Wilde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's Filip De Wilde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Mårtensson in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Diamantino Magalhães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaiamonte FC the free kick. Saúl França took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filip De Wilde. Filip De Wilde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. 59 minutes into the match, ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's goal looked a bit too open when António Cerqueira came free, but Filip De Wilde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Saúl França left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vaiamonte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 63 minutes into the match, Vaiamonte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Éder Seabra came free, but Hélder Vasques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip De Wilde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joacim Mårtensson in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Hildeberto Regueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaiamonte FC the free kick. The supporters of Vaiamonte FC booed when ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hildeberto Regueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Estrela took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filip De Wilde. After a rather tough play, ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's Armando Baía got a free kick in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, António Cerqueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filip De Wilde. ¨¨NOGU&IRA¨¨team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that António Cerqueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-1.
