After a rather tough play, G D Idanha's Idalécio Luz got a free kick in the 9th minute. Silvano Dantas acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from José Laureano. After 11 minutes, 顾棋竞 made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. SC Carragosa's Emanuel Mourão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, 顾棋竞 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Mourão. SC Carragosa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 顾棋竞 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. When G D Idanha's Laureano Viveiros in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Carragosa's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, SC Carragosa's Teodoro Portugal got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 22nd minute, Laureano Viveiros made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Mourão. SC Carragosa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Emanuel Mourão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 顾棋竞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Carragosa's Emanuel Mourão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Laureano Viveiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Plácido Peseiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The G D Idanha fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when G D Idanha's 顾棋竞 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Laureano Viveiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juliano Carneiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juliano Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Carragosa booed when G D Idanha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Poteralski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, G D Idanha's goal looked a bit too open when Juliano Carneiro came free, but Silvano Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 顾棋竞 made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 65thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Emanuel Mourão would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. SC Carragosa's Emanuel Mourão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 顾棋竞 in the 67th minute of play. 顾棋竞 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Emanuel Mourão 68 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, SC Carragosa's goal looked a bit too open when 顾棋竞 came free, but Emanuel Mourão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laureano Viveiros might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Mourão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laureano Viveiros ran back to his position shaking his head. After 89 played minutes SC Carragosa got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Montenegro. 90 minutes into the match, Laureano Viveiros notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of SC Carragosa's Emanuel Mourão. Emanuel Mourão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. G D Idanha played a much better game than SC Carragosa and deserved their victory. The SC Carragosa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
