With an all-out effort, SiGN FC's Dimitri Weijgaerts threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roman Olejarz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Pedro Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SiGN FC's Roman Olejarz got a free kick in the 11th minute. The Spartak das Kaldas fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Spartak das Kaldas's Pedro Meira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 23rd minute Roman Olejarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitri Weijgaerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stasio Mochadlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SiGN FC's zone, Durval Modesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stasio Mochadlo came out of the goal and Durval Modesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Spartak das Kaldas getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Albertino Vilas Boas hit a great ball. Veríssimo Paixão, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Olejarz in the 36th minute of play forced Spartak das Kaldas's goalkeeper Dimitri Weijgaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Durval Modesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stasio Mochadlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Olejarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dimitri Weijgaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Olejarz in the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Olejarz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Spartak das Kaldas's Pedro Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Roman Olejarz managed to get in a good position for a shot. SiGN FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Olejarz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitri Weijgaerts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 58 played minutes SiGN FC got a freekick which was hit by Homero Caires. In the 65th match minute, Spartak das Kaldas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval Modesto to maneuver through the defense. If Caio Baía had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dimitri Weijgaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Olejarz in the 70th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SiGN FC's zone, Pedro Meira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stasio Mochadlo came out of the goal and Pedro Meira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caio Baía hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Avelino Meireles from long distance, 79 minutes into the match, got Stasio Mochadlo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 80 played minutes SiGN FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Olejarz. In the 83rd minute, Albertino Vilas Boas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Roman Olejarz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitri Weijgaerts. Spartak das Kaldas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Olejarz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After having played for 87 minutes, Veríssimo Paixão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SiGN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Veríssimo Paixão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Spartak das Kaldas's goal looked a bit too open when Veríssimo Paixão came free, but Dimitri Weijgaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Olejarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dimitri Weijgaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SiGN FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Veríssimo Paixão hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Spartak das Kaldas's João Taveira got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Caio Baía hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Spartak das Kaldas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SiGN FC.
