After some careless play in the LA COSA NOSTRA defense, Aparício Araújo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durval Lage. The LA COSA NOSTRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durval Lage should have stopped the shot. Joop De Raemaekers made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Carlos Poças sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute Daniel Caldas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Lage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Portugal during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Daniel Caldas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durval Lage was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 23rd minute Daniel Caldas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Lage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When VILACOBA SPORT CLUB's Daniel Caldas, in the 23rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for VILACOBA SPORT CLUB. When Carlos Poças came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the LA COSA NOSTRA fans jumped to their feet. The wind increased when Timóteo Lage made the kick off in the second half. Durval Lage made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Aparício Araújo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipe Lustosa got free with Durval Lage in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Durval Lage was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Timóteo Lage kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A hard shot by Laureano Moura from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Durval Lage's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Timóteo Lage succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-6. VILACOBA SPORT CLUB played a much better game than LA COSA NOSTRA and deserved their victory. The LA COSA NOSTRA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
