Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 6043, Seating: 1150, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hermano Teves started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Hermano Teves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leal Peseiro. The goal made the score 1-0. Rubinho Capablanca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Abreu in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Isusko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Valdreu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pascoal Bernardes was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Toito's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Pascoal Bernardes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Valdreu's Isidoro Isusko did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Capablanca in the 11th minute of play forced SC Valdreu's goalkeeper Isidoro Isusko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 minutes of play, SC Toito's Rubinho Capablanca made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Isusko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isidoro Isusko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Abreu in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Rubinho Capablanca made a precise shot to the right of Isidoro Isusko. SC Valdreu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. SC Toito were furious when Ricardo Perdigão was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 28th minute, one of SC Toito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Toito. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Valdreu's goalkeeper Isidoro Isusko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Isidoro Isusko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Abreu's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Rubinho Capablanca struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Isidoro Isusko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Toito. After 42 minutes, Silvano Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Valdreu and the SC Toito players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Silvano Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Capablanca in the 44th minute of play forced SC Valdreu's goalkeeper Isidoro Isusko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half SC Toito were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Abreu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isidoro Isusko stood somewhat misplaced when Marcelo Abreu came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 51 minute. If Marcelo Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdinç Ganim charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erdinç Ganim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidoro Isusko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelo Abreu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 70 minute of play. Leal Peseiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Unai Encina in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armandinho Mota in the 79th minute of play forced SC Toito's goalkeeper Leal Peseiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermano Teves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Isidoro Isusko managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when SC Toito's Marcelo Abreu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Abreu in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Isusko saved SC Valdreu from getting behind. Isidoro Isusko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Abreu's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute of the match SC Toito got a corner. SC Valdreu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pascoal Bernardes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pascoal Bernardes made a great header on SC Toito's corner, it was just that SC Valdreu's Isidoro Isusko managed to reach the ball for a save. SC Valdreu's Isidoro Isusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save SC Valdreu from getting a goal against them. The SC Toito players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
