Valboense FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PINI FC the free kick. The supporters of PINI FC booed when Valboense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eurico Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Walme Gimilio in the 15th minute really tested Adolfo Tomé's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Valboense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Nunes came free, but Adolfo Tomé reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Mourato was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Igor Christobal came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the PINI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Christobal couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, Teodoro Mourato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Tomé. Valboense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Mourato was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Valboense FC's Adolfo Tomé played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Mourato in the 32nd minute of play. Adolfo Tomé came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by PINI FC's Teodoro Mourato. But to his dismay, Teodoro Mourato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 36 minutes into the match, Valboense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Christobal came free, but Adolfo Tomé reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Nunes took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Tomé. Adolfo Tomé dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Baltasar Ávila hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Adriano Nunes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Valboense FC's Adolfo Tomé didn't even have to move. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Teodoro Mourato made the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Tomé made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Mourato in the 52nd minute of play.
