In the 13thth minute of the game Calvino Nadal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LINHAGEM FC's Alfredo Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute Eric Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Rodas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermes Calheiros tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Fernando Rodas. LINHAGEM FC's Edvin Trulsson managed to work through AD Lidar's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. With a left leg Fernando Rodas saved AD Lidar from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Chumo Resines managed to get in a good position for a shot. LINHAGEM FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chumo Resines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Rodas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to LINHAGEM FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Raul Abadia hit a great ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The AD Lidar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LINHAGEM FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
