Armando Faso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arne Eschenbaum showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Legalize MZ were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Messines's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Dorio took the corner. The corner led Legalize MZ's Pedro Dorio to fire away a dangerous shot which Armando Faso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Ferid Güngör fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Messines's protests and gave Ferid Güngör a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Messines got a freekick which was hit by Ferid Güngör. Isidro Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Legalize MZ booed when Messines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferid Güngör didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Franco came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Armando Faso could save by the left post. In the 23rd minute Legalize MZ were awarded a corner. Pedro Dorio went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 25 minutes, Isidro Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Legalize MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Franco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando Faso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Eschenbaum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Esteban Salvator managed to get in a good position for a shot. Messines's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Salvator was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filinto Palhares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Messines's Armando Faso got control of the ball when Arne Eschenbaum tried to sneak it across the goal line. Messines's Armando Faso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Franco in the 31st minute of play. Arne Eschenbaum's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Faso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Armando Faso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Eschenbaum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee ignored Legalize MZ's protests and gave Pedro Dorio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Ricardo Souto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 48 minutes of play, Legalize MZ's Palmiro Nunes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Faso was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Esteban Salvator made the kick off in the second half. Alfred Madajczyk hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Isidro Franco took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Faso. Armando Faso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When Arne Eschenbaum, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 61 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Armando Faso was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Ferid Güngör was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. Armando Faso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Eschenbaum went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Arne Eschenbaum placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When Legalize MZ's Arne Eschenbaum in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Messines's goalie prevented a goal. 76 minutes into the game, one of Messines:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Messines's Hermínio Vidal was substituted for Esteban Salvator. The supporters of Messines booed when Legalize MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Eschenbaum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Faso having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Messines's goal looked a bit too open when Palmiro Nunes came free, but Armando Faso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arne Eschenbaum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Joel Barcelos fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Messines's protests and gave Joel Barcelos a yellow card for diving instead. Joel Barcelos hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Armando Faso came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Legalize MZ's Isidro Franco. But to his dismay, Isidro Franco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 100th match minute, Messines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Souto to maneuver through the defense. In the 101st minute Arne Eschenbaum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Faso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Faso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Palmiro Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Legalize MZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Messines for a fine match.
