With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kent Lindkvist in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rúben Carvalheira saved Santo António Nordestinho from getting behind. 21 minutes into the game, G.D.Pedorido's Kent Lindkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rúben Carvalheira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a rather tough play, G.D.Pedorido's Fernando Miguéis got a free kick in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alcino Alvarenga in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leif Lönn saved G.D.Pedorido from getting behind. Santo António Nordestinho's Rúben Carvalheira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Lindkvist in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Lindkvist in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rúben Carvalheira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rúben Carvalheira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Lindkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, G.D.Pedorido's Kent Lindkvist made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rúben Carvalheira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kent Lindkvist made a kick off. Rúben Carvalheira came out and tried to block the shot, but Ramiro Matos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Santo António Nordestinho's goalkeeper Rúben Carvalheira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kent Lindkvist. 67 minutes into the match, G.D.Pedorido's goal looked a bit too open when Rubim Taborda came free, but Leif Lönn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. G.D.Pedorido's Kent Lindkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rúben Carvalheira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abílio Pessoa went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Andy Stålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Santo António Nordestinho booed when G.D.Pedorido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Mansilha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Calçada charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Calçada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
