LEÕES DE PORTUGAL F.C.'s Catarino Furtado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save LEÕES DE PORTUGAL F.C. from getting a goal against them. Miguel Poças took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Catarino Furtado. Catarino Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ursus Erler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Ursus Erler reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Catarino Furtado. The goal made the score 5-0. 47 minutes into the game, Manuel Carneiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Catarino Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

After 79 minutes of play, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Miguel Poças made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Catarino Furtado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, Ursus Erler made a precise shot to the right of Catarino Furtado. LEÕES DE PORTUGAL F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Manuel Carneiro scored 14-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Catarino Furtado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
