Rosmaninhal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Sarabia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ernst Günther sped through Rosmaninhal FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudemiro Lamego. Juvenal Campos scored 0-4 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudemiro Lamego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Marialva S.C. from getting a goal against them. After 34 minutes of play, Marialva S.C.'s Manuel Ruas made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudemiro Lamego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baltasar Fontoura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Rosmaninhal FC defense, Ernst Günther kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudemiro Lamego. The Rosmaninhal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudemiro Lamego should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Ernst Günther made the kick off in the second half. If Ernst Günther had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ernst Günther managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marialva S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Günther was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudemiro Lamego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Reginaldo Cordeiro came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Marialva S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reginaldo Cordeiro couldn't finish the play. Ernst Günthers short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Claudemiro Lamego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Claudemiro Lamego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Günther's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Ernst Günther sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Sarabia in the 65th minute of play forced Rosmaninhal FC's goalkeeper Claudemiro Lamego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudemiro Lamego stood somewhat misplaced when Ernst Günther came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Ernst Günthers short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Claudemiro Lamego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Ernst Günther had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ernst Günther struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Claudemiro Lamego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marialva S.C.. After 74 minutes of play Rosmaninhal FC's Baltasar Fontoura was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 74th match minute, Rosmaninhal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Fontoura to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes Marialva S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jurjen Lammens. After having played for 77 minutes, Aloísio Barata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosmaninhal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aloísio Barata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Ernst Günther notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Rosmaninhal FC's Claudemiro Lamego. Claudemiro Lamego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juvenal Campos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Flávio Novais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-9 became the score in the 89th minute when Ernst Günther elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Marialva S.C.'s Ernst Günther ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Claudemiro Lamego. Claudemiro Lamego yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Stefan Rybak charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Rybak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Marialva S.C.'s Stefan Rybak got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Marialva S.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rosmaninhal FC.
