Canidelense's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Francisco Trinca scored to the left of an out of position Éder Moita, making the score, 5-0. After 27 played minutes S.C. Canidelense got a freekick which was hit by Martinho Brochado. With his leg Éder Moita managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Sport Maia's Emmerich Hatschek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jerónimo Avelar kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Éder Moita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lavallén Pelon in the 34th minute. S.C. The audience was convinced that Lavallén Pelon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Éder Moita was relentless in the 59th minute of the game.
