In the 8thth minute of the game Homero Sarmento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but fc dragoom's Hélder Matias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The nice shot from Valentim Domingos in the 10thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Hélder Matias had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Valentim Domingos let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 10th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Hélder Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Homero Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Neiva charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Neiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Neiva hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernst Fernström got free with Hélder Matias in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Homero Sarmento got free in front of the goal in the 16th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Hélder Matias was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Matias Gusmão fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fc dragoom's protests and gave Matias Gusmão a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, fc dragoom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Gusmão to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Homero Sarmento fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hélder Matias, passed just outside the right post. Alcala FC's Homero Sarmento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Orlando Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Estrela in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th play minute Valentim Domingos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hélder Matias. 3-0. After 28 minutes, Caio Moutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the fc dragoom and the Alcala FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of fc dragoom:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alcala FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Ferrão in the 33rd minute of play forced Alcala FC's goalkeeper Orlando Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Sébastien Haller put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hélder Matias. Homero Sarmento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Homero Sarmento came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Alcala FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Homero Sarmento couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Alcala FC's Homero Sarmento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hélder Matias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 6-0 became the score in the 48th minute when Homero Sarmento elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Homero Sarmento to make the kick off. A collision led to fc dragoom getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Paulino Ferrão hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in fc dragoom's zone, Valentim Domingos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Matias came out of the goal and Valentim Domingos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Estrela got free with Orlando Nóbrega in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Valentim Domingos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélder Matias. fc dragoom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentim Domingos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 64th match minute, fc dragoom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bento Lameiras to maneuver through the defense. Ernst Fernström struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Hélder Matias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alcala FC. In the 70th minute, Valentim Domingos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hélder Matias was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Valentim Domingos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 79 minutes, Valentim Domingos made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. fc dragoom's Hélder Matias tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hélder Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Homero Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Valentim Domingos notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of fc dragoom's Hélder Matias. Hélder Matias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 92 minutes into the game, Ernst Fernström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alcala FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave fc dragoom the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Alcala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Fernström to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Paulino Ferrão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Alcala FC booed when fc dragoom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herberto Sequeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alcala FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
