With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Jacinto Luque in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarbas Madureira saved Caxinas F.C from getting behind. After 36 minutes of play, Madeira FC's Ramiro Quintanilha made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarbas Madureira was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes into the match, Caxinas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Quintanilha came free, but Jarbas Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
