The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Guarda in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuno Raminhos saved GD Guardial from getting behind. Teobald Snaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Travassos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Teodoro Gusmão made a huge save. 12 minutes into the game, Taliscas FC's Juliano Palma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nuno Raminhos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Juliano Palma charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juliano Palma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Juliano Palma hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Vicente Guarda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Raminhos was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Juliano Palma might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuno Raminhos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juliano Palma ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucas Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. GD Guardial's Nuno Raminhos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Guarda in the 31st minute of play. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Vicente Guarda sped through GD Guardial's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nuno Raminhos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Snaza in the 42nd minute of play forced GD Guardial's goalkeeper Nuno Raminhos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Guarda took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Raminhos. Nuno Raminhos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. When Juliano Palma came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Taliscas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juliano Palma couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute Vicente Guarda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Raminhos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Guarda to make the kick off. Taliscas FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after GD Guardial's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teobald Snaza took the corner. Taliscas FC's Rui Calado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nuno Raminhos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vicente Guarda in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuno Raminhos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodoro Gusmão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Nalaskowski in the 58th minute of the match. Nuno Raminhos was a little too slow when Vicente Guarda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-8. Nuno Raminhos was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Vicente Guarda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vicente Guarda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. In the 68th play minute Vicente Guarda came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nuno Raminhos. 0-10. In the 73rdth minute of the game Wladyslaw Nalaskowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taliscas FC's Teodoro Gusmão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teobald Snaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vicente Guarda came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Taliscas FC fans jumped to their feet. Taliscas FC's Vicente Guarda was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 79th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Teobald Snaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Raminhos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Guarda went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. A hard shot 90 in the game by Vicente Guarda from a close distance when the talented Nuno Raminhos managed to make a qualified save. GD Guardial's players were relieved. Vicente Guarda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Nuno Raminhos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vicente Guarda succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-14 in the 93rd playminute.
