Spectators: 8056 (Terracing: 6043, Seating: 1853, VIP seats: 160) Leopoldo Jacinto Luque made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Éder Matos. SC Mouguelas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Jacinto Luque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After having played for 12 minutes, Ramiro Quintanilha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madeira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Quintanilha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Carlos Palhares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Éder Matos. Carlos Palhares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Éder Matos made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Éder Matos was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque had several of the SC Mouguelas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-0 score and a disappointed Éder Matos as he didn't even see the shot coming. Éder Matos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Jacinto Luque in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match Leopoldo Jacinto Luque climbed in front of goal and pressed up 7-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Éder Matos. 37 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Éder Matos. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-0. After a rather tough play, SC Mouguelas's Torcato Aragão got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Salgueiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Palhares in the 55th minute of play forced SC Mouguelas's goalkeeper Éder Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Éder Matos came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Madeira FC's Leopoldo Jacinto Luque. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 63rd minute, Ramiro Quintanilha made a precise shot to the right of Éder Matos. SC Mouguelas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. 67 minutes into the match, SC Mouguelas's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Jacinto Luque came free, but Éder Matos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match Madeira FC got a corner. SC Mouguelas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Berker Sulhi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Isidoro Caldas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Manso having to interfere. Moisés Peralta hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, Madeira FC's Leopoldo Jacinto Luque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Éder Matos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. After 78 minutes, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. SC Mouguelas's Éder Matos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gusmão Peseiro during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Leopoldo Jacinto Luque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ramiro Quintanilha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Leopoldo Jacinto Luque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Mouguelas's Éder Matos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Éder Matos came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Madeira FC's Leopoldo Jacinto Luque. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. In the 92nd match minute, SC Mouguelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Lamego to maneuver through the defense. Éder Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Jacinto Luque, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Madeira FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
