A collision led to GD Nazarenos getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Maximino Montes hit a great ball. Manuel Pinheiros short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Ismael Corderro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pedro Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Diamantino Figueiras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Figueiras scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Corderro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in GD Nazarenos's zone, Manuel Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Corderro came out of the goal and Manuel Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Manuel Pinheiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TORRESIBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Manuel Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antero Távora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ismael Corderro made a huge save. With 29 minutes on the clock, Pedro Carreri commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Ismael Corderro, was totally fooled by TORRESIBA's Óscar Fraga, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ismael Corderro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, GD Nazarenos's goalkeeper Ismael Corderro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Pinheiro. The supporters of TORRESIBA booed when GD Nazarenos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Diamantino Figueiras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, GD Nazarenos's Ismael Corderro got control of the ball when Manuel Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, GD Nazarenos's Daniel Lobato got a free kick in the 42nd minute. André Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Roriz in the 48th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inácio Roriz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Hildeberto Andrade fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GD Nazarenos's protests and gave Hildeberto Andrade a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of TORRESIBA booed when GD Nazarenos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hildeberto Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Manuel Pinheiro came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the TORRESIBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Pinheiro couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind GD Nazarenos's goalkeeper Ismael Corderro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to GD Nazarenos getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Daniel Lobato hit a great ball. Manuel Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ismael Corderro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4-0 became the score in the 65th minute when Diamantino Figueiras elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Manuel Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Corderro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diamantino Figueiras in the 76th minute of play forced GD Nazarenos's goalkeeper Ismael Corderro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GD Nazarenos's attentive Timóteo Carvalho managed to snatch the ball when Placido Ziegerer made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Ismael Corderro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Pinheiro in the 82nd minute of the match. Timóteo Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ismael Corderro came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by TORRESIBA's Antero Távora. But to his dismay, Antero Távora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. TORRESIBA's Diamantino Figueiras got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TORRESIBA fully deserved thier win.
