The corner led ChicanaFC's Marek Fudalej to fire away a dangerous shot which Alex Gueifão despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alex Gueifão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walery Hoffman in the 7th minute. Hélio Miguéis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Sacadura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walery Hoffman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Alex Gueifão made a huge save. In the 12thth minute of the game Mateus Sacadura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ChicanaFC's Hélio Miguéis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walery Hoffman got free with Alex Gueifão in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 19 minutes ChicanaFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Vilaverde who took care of the corner kick. Paulo Vilaverde made a great header on Sport Clube Lusitania's corner, it was just that ChicanaFC's Hélio Miguéis managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Pinhal in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Miguéis saved ChicanaFC from getting behind. Valentim Aragão kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Heitor Fonseca scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Gueifão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute of the match ChicanaFC got a corner. Sport Clube Lusitania's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marek Fudalej ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Sport Clube Lusitania getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Mateus Sacadura hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walery Hoffman got free with Alex Gueifão in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Sport Clube Lusitania's Simão Prates got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Sport Clube Lusitania's Alex Gueifão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Sport Clube Lusitania from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes in the game Domingos Candeias did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Domingos Monteiro. Mateus Sacadura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Miguéis having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, ChicanaFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mateus Sacadura came free, but Hélio Miguéis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heitor Fonseca's late challenge caught a Sport Clube Lusitania's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Heitor Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. Heitor Fonseca hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 46 minutes of play, Sport Clube Lusitania's Cristiano Pinhal made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélio Miguéis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Heitor Fonseca hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Sacadura in the 52nd minute of play forced ChicanaFC's goalkeeper Hélio Miguéis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateus Sacadura received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hélio Miguéis came out and tried to block the shot, but Mateus Sacadura slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Cristiano Pinhal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélio Miguéis. ChicanaFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Pinhal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateus Sacadura in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hélio Miguéis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Sport Clube Lusitania's Hélio Miguéis threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulo Vilaverde, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, ChicanaFC's Hélio Miguéis got control of the ball when Cristiano Pinhal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute, Sport Clube Lusitania's Diamantino Vaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Alex Gueifão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heitor Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute, Sport Clube Lusitania's Diamantino Vaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. 83 minutes into the match, ChicanaFC's goalkeeper Hélio Miguéis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingos Monteiro. A collision led to ChicanaFC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Heitor Fonseca hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Cristiano Pinhal could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Hélio Miguéis however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of ChicanaFC booed when Sport Clube Lusitania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Candeias didn't get a good kick on the ball. ChicanaFC's Walery Hoffman got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 played minutes ChicanaFC got a freekick which was hit by Marek Fudalej. Paulo Vilaverde struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Hélio Miguéis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Clube Lusitania. The supporters of ChicanaFC booed when Sport Clube Lusitania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Candeias didn't get a good kick on the ball.
