Aquilino Gois took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cândido Linhares. NoMoreMoneyForMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabrício Pegado's late challenge caught a NoMoreMoneyForMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabrício Pegado helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Santos FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Pegado. Albertino Assis came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by NoMoreMoneyForMZ's Urbano Gaitano. But to his dismay, Urbano Gaitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st minute Zhao Xiang Xuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Urbano Gaitano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NoMoreMoneyForMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the last second Cândido Linhares throw himself and got hold of the ball when Inácio Henriques in the 40thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When NoMoreMoneyForMZ's Zhao Xiang Xuan in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zhao Xiang Xuan was the one to do the kick off. Zhao Xiang Xuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urbano Gaitano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albertino Assis came out and tried to block the shot, but Urbano Gaitano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Urbano Gaitano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albertino Assis was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the game, Urbano Gaitano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Albertino Assis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th minute Urbano Gaitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albertino Assis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhao Xiang Xuan went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. After 75 minutes, Zhao Xiang Xuan made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Santos FC's Albertino Assis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cândido Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angélico Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Pinho came free, but Albertino Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulo Pinho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albertino Assis. That made the score 0-10 in the 84 minute of play. Albertino Assis came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by NoMoreMoneyForMZ's Zhao Xiang Xuan. But to his dismay, Zhao Xiang Xuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. NoMoreMoneyForMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
