The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. G.D.os Boémios's Germano Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save G.D.os Boémios from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Mahmut Durul put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Germano Veiga. A collision led to G.D.os Boémios getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Maurício Regueira hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Manuel Prunaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Germano Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Mahmut Durul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Germano Veiga having to make a save. In the 22nd minute, Sporting Clube Palmela's Manuel Prunaru dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Sporting Clube Palmela's Mahmut Durul got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Germano Veiga was a little too slow when Manuel Prunaru got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 4-0. 34 minutes into the match, G.D.os Boémios's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Ferrão came free, but Germano Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes in the game, Manuel Prunaru fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Germano Veiga having to interfere. Manuel Prunaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Germano Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mahmut Durul got free with Germano Veiga in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mahmut Durul succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-0 in the 45th playminute. Manuel Prunaru struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Germano Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Clube Palmela. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maurício Regueira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Mahmut Durul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but G.D.os Boémios's Germano Veiga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Germano Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Prunaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Sporting Clube Palmela's Manuel Prunaru in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye G.D.os Boémios's goalie prevented a goal. If Mahmut Durul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was a well-played corner which Manuel Prunaru managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Germano Veiga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Prunaru's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Germano Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahmut Durul in the 76th minute of the match. If Manuel Prunaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind G.D.os Boémios's goalkeeper Germano Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Mahmut Durul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Germano Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Germano Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahmut Durul in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to G.D.os Boémios getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Isidro Curado hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Mahmut Durul sped through G.D.os Boémios's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Germano Veiga. In the 96th minute, Maurício Regueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Sporting Clube Palmela players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
