Spectators: 8402 (Terracing: 6302, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hipólito Conde took the kick off in the first half of the match. SC Prestimo's Claudinei Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shao Xi Ran in the 4th minute of play. In the 5thth minute of the game Shao Xi Ran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Prestimo's Claudinei Carvalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Shao Xi Ran put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Claudinei Carvalho. 8 minutes into the match, SC Prestimo's goal looked a bit too open when Shao Xi Ran came free, but Claudinei Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to TAVIRA FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Marcos Freitas hit a great ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Angelo Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Prestimo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Shao Xi Ran notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SC Prestimo's Claudinei Carvalho. Claudinei Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, one of SC Prestimo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Prestimo. In the 25th minute, Cristiano Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, TAVIRA FC's Shao Xi Ran got a free kick in the 31st minute. 36 minutes into the match, SC Prestimo's goal looked a bit too open when Shao Xi Ran came free, but Claudinei Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the SC Prestimo defense, Shao Xi Ran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinei Carvalho. The SC Prestimo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinei Carvalho should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Adão Brandão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rdth minute of the game Cristiano Sousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Prestimo's Claudinei Carvalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of SC Prestimo booed when TAVIRA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xurxo Capon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Alexandre Valério shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Che Campion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Che Campion came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Prestimo's Adão Brandão. But to his dismay, Adão Brandão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After the first half TAVIRA FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Shao Xi Ran to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 53 in the game by Shao Xi Ran from a close distance when the talented Claudinei Carvalho managed to make a qualified save. SC Prestimo's players were relieved. 54 minutes into the match, Cristiano Sousa notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of SC Prestimo's Claudinei Carvalho. Claudinei Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Che Campion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adão Brandão in the 61st minute of the match. Shao Xi Ran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Che Campion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipólito Conde, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Shao Xi Ran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Carvalho having to interfere. Shao Xi Ran received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Claudinei Carvalho came out and tried to block the shot, but Shao Xi Ran slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Valério in the 74th minute of play forced TAVIRA FC's goalkeeper Che Campion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shao Xi Ran hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shao Xi Ran in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei Carvalho saved SC Prestimo from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Shao Xi Ran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudinei Carvalho was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Claudinei Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shao Xi Ran in the 84th minute of the match. Claudinei Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shao Xi Ran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Che Campion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Valério in the 89th minute of play. TAVIRA FC were furious when Marcos Freitas was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 95 minutes into the game, one of TAVIRA FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. TAVIRA FC:s Che Campion showed great skill when he stopped Adão Brandão:s penalty. In the 98th minute, Rafael Peseiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shao Xi Ran struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Claudinei Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TAVIRA FC. TAVIRA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
