In the 32nd minute Coelho FC were awarded a corner. Kevin Perandis went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, André Bomba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Machada FC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Bomba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Ávila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39thth minute of the game Rodrigo Castilho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Machada FC's Cüneyd Bektaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cüneyd Bektaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Castilho, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Severino Madruga struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jacinto Ávila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machada FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Madruga in the 42nd minute of play forced Coelho FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Ávila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Machada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Castilho came free, but Cüneyd Bektaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cüneyd Bektaş made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Herminio Raebert sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Madruga made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Machada FC's Severino Madruga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacinto Ávila. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. Machada FC's Cüneyd Bektaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Raebert in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Coelho FC's Usman Sukardi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 71st minute of the game Varban Savovski made a throw-in which Herminio Raebert played forward. André Bomba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Jacinto Ávila made a huge save. Usman Sukardi's late challenge caught a Machada FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Usman Sukardi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute Herminio Raebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cüneyd Bektaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If André Bomba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when António Antunes got free with Jacinto Ávila in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute of the match, André Bomba got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacinto Ávila was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. André Bomba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hipólito Pimentel made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Machada FC's Téo Massa. The Coelho FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Machada FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
