Marco Bülow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to LaZuli getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Zacarias Domingues hit a great ball. Lusos Crew's Marco Bülow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslav Đurek in the 15th minute of play. Marco Bülow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Dunajski in the 17th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, LaZuli's goalkeeper Jorge Infante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reginaldo Moutinho. In the 26th minute, Radoslav Đurek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Bülow was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Zachariasz Dunajski hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Estevão Padilha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Marco Bülow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joan Queralt in the 38th minute of play. Reginaldo Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Infante having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Lusos Crew's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Dunajski came free, but Marco Bülow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joan Queralt took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Bülow. Marco Bülow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Zachariasz Dunajski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Augusto Portugal made the kick off in the second half. Marco Bülow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 played minutes, Lusos Crew's Reginaldo Fiúza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jorge Infante came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lusos Crew reached it. In the 61st minute Augusto Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of LaZuli booed when Lusos Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Lusos Crew supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LaZuli's performance. The match ended with a win for LaZuli.
