In the 16th minute, Gai Vazquez had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Saul Tuste charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The A.D.ESMOJÃES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Rijo should have stopped the shot. Ştefan Zub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Garcia in the 42nd minute of play. The corner ended in Mateus Baldaia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mirante da Portela's Ştefan Zub did a great save. In the 70th match minute, Mirante da Portela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armindo Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Armindo Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Laureano Rijo made a huge save. A.D.ESMOJÃES's Cassiano Brochado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ştefan Zub in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mirante da Portela's goalkeeper Ştefan Zub, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute A.D.ESMOJÃES were awarded a corner. Mateus Baldaia went to the cornerflag to take it. Cassiano Brochado made a great header on A.D.ESMOJÃES's corner, it was just that Mirante da Portela's Ştefan Zub managed to reach the ball for a save.
