VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffroy Boussemart in the 2nd minute of play. OMNI Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicolas Bělunek in the 3rd minute. The corner led OMNI Club's Nicolas Bělunek to fire away a dangerous shot which Armindo Salgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nicolas Bělunek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Armindo Salgado made a huge save. In the 12th minute, Luís Caeiro made a precise shot to the right of Tarcísio Coelho. OMNI Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Luís Caeiro hit a great ball. Claudio Eguntsenti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armindo Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Tarcísio Coelho came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by VB-Team's Luís Caeiro. But to his dismay, Luís Caeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Armindo Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoffroy Boussemart in the 25th minute of play. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save VB-Team from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Luís Caeiro put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tarcísio Coelho. Armindo Salgado made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Nicolas Bělunek sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Nicolas Bělunek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Armindo Salgado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 38 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Eguntsenti. 41 minutes into the match, OMNI Club's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Caeiro came free, but Tarcísio Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes VB-Team got a freekick which was hit by Yu Ke Hong. The OMNI Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. VB-Team were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim de Barros to make the kick off. Gervásio Severiano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 58th playminute. Claudio Eguntsenti hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Joaquim de Barros notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of OMNI Club's Tarcísio Coelho. Tarcísio Coelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tarcísio Coelho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Caeiro's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Geoffroy Boussemart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. VB-Team's Joaquim de Barros was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. OMNI Club's Chupan Lopez was substituted for Nicolas Bělunek. VB-Team made a substitution. Sandro Leitão replaced Qiu Sheng Bang. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffroy Boussemart in the 79th minute of play. Tarcísio Coelho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joaquim de Barros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 83 minute of play. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chupan Lopez in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match OMNI Club got a corner. VB-Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chupan Lopez ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of VB-Team's goalie and right to Claudio Eguntsenti. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. VB-Team's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. VB-Team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
