Clube Atlético Valdevez's José Vítor Albuquerque was substituted for Eddy Million. Éder Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Qin Ang Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jiří Mrzena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Pimentel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nivaldo Vale having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Clube Atlético Valdevez got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Tavares. Clube Atlético Valdevez were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Internacional de Lisboa's much stronger midfield.
