The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, BIAMAR's goal looked a bit too open when Geoffroy Boussemart came free, but Caio Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffroy Boussemart in the 5th minute of play forced BIAMAR's goalkeeper Caio Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio Guerreiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chupan Lopez in the 11th minute of the match. Israel Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Tarcísio Coelho made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, BIAMAR's goal looked a bit too open when Geoffroy Boussemart came free, but Caio Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, OMNI Club's Tarcísio Coelho got control of the ball when Valentin Banga tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Salvatore in the 19th minute of play forced OMNI Club's goalkeeper Tarcísio Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarcísio Coelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sigvard Wahlnäs in the 20th minute. When Afonso Patrício came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the OMNI Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonso Patrício couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, BIAMAR's goal looked a bit too open when Geoffroy Boussemart came free, but Caio Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nicolas Bělunek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, BIAMAR's Tarcísio Coelho threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Slawomir Winszman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Slawomir Winszman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tarcísio Coelho was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Caio Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Bělunek, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Caio Guerreiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chupan Lopez in the 33rd minute of play. A hard shot 38 in the game by Sigvard Wahlnäs from a close distance when the talented Tarcísio Coelho managed to make a qualified save. OMNI Club's players were relieved. Israel Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Tarcísio Coelho made a huge save. Tarcísio Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chupan Lopez fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OMNI Club's protests and gave Chupan Lopez a yellow card for diving instead. Chupan Lopez hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geoffroy Boussemart made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso Patrício got free with Caio Guerreiro in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. OMNI Club were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after BIAMAR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chupan Lopez took the corner. After a rather tough play, OMNI Club's Claudio Eguntsenti got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Geoffroy Boussemart kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Caio Guerreiro. That made the score 0-1 in the 56 minute of play. BIAMAR made a substitution. Felix Luijpers replaced Adrian Păunescu. When Piro Lito fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OMNI Club's protests and gave Piro Lito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Piro Lito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Sigvard Wahlnäs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcísio Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for OMNI Club! Tarcísio Coelho had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Olavo Gameiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Olavo Gameiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tarcísio Coelho. OMNI Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olavo Gameiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. OMNI Club's Tarcísio Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Salvatore in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffroy Boussemart in the 78th minute of play forced BIAMAR's goalkeeper Caio Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. OMNI Club's Tarcísio Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Faria in the 81st minute of play. After 84 played minutes OMNI Club got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luz. Tarcísio Coelho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Faria's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Geoffroy Boussemart struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Caio Guerreiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OMNI Club. Israel Faria took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tarcísio Coelho. Tarcísio Coelho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. BIAMAR's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
