Giuseppe Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Ongao during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Michael Ongao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inácio Quinaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuseppe Catarinense in the 17th minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play, AD Pontassolense's Henrique Onofre made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inácio Quinaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute Mats Stenman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ribeirada getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Celedonio Vistruario hit a great ball. Januário Domingos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inácio Quinaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Januário Domingos in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Kevin Quintanilha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Inácio Quinaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute Giuseppe Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Quinaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inácio Quinaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Onofre in the 39th minute of play. Inácio Quinaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Onofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Quintanilha in the 41st minute of play forced Ribeirada's goalkeeper Inácio Quinaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ribeirada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AD Pontassolense the free kick. A collision led to Ribeirada getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. David Pereira hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Rico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Rico in the 53rd minute of play forced AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Marco Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inácio Quinaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giuseppe Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inácio Quinaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuseppe Catarinense in the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giuseppe Catarinense in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inácio Quinaz saved Ribeirada from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Stenman in the 68th minute of play forced AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Marco Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AD Pontassolense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Henrique Onofre scored 1-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inácio Quinaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Inácio Quinaz made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Kevin Quintanilha sent off a good shot on target. When Ribeirada's Jorge Rico in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AD Pontassolense's goalie prevented a goal.
