Glenn Middleton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Alcino Granja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tasos Geronimidis to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tasos Geronimidis in the 53rd minute of play forced Borlas's goalkeeper Alcino Granja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alcino Granja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrik Pilberg in the 58th minute. Sidónio Assunção kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Borlas's goalkeeper Alcino Granja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Glenn Middleton. Roman Sabino came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Borlas's Cláudio Domingues. But to his dismay, Cláudio Domingues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 82 minutes into the match, Bóas Ratas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Sabino. Capelo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bóas Ratas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 85 minutes into the match, Capelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bóas Ratas came free, but Roman Sabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tasos Geronimidis in the 87th minute of play forced Borlas's goalkeeper Alcino Granja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrik Pilberg kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Alcino Granja made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Patrik Pilberg sent off a good shot on target. Capelo FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
