Leontin Tănase kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Virgílio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Sabino having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Capelo FC's Lukasz Okropny got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, B.Z. F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cândido Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. Tasos Geronimidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrik Pilberg in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Teles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Estevão Ponte during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Estevão Ponte hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Capelo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolf Reichgruber to maneuver through the defense. After 33 played minutes B.Z. F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Virgílio Costa. Paulo Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Pilberg in the 40th minute of the match. Roman Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Costa in the 44th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Tasos Geronimidis put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Paulo Teles. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Patrik Pilberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Paulo Teles however easily saved by the left post. Zeng Bin Nan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paulo Teles firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, B.Z. F.C.'s Paulo Teles got control of the ball when Patrik Pilberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glenn Middleton in the 76th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Tasos Geronimidis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of B.Z. F.C.'s Paulo Teles. Paulo Teles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tasos Geronimidis in the 86th minute of play forced B.Z. F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tasos Geronimidis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Paulo Teles 87 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, B.Z. F.C.'s Ilídio Severiano got a free kick in the 91st minute. Paulo Teles was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Glenn Middleton. After 97 minutes, Patrik Pilberg made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. B.Z. F.C.'s Paulo Teles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
