With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferenc Mészáros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mugur Dinculescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Mugur Dinculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferenc Mészáros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Hermenegildo Quintanilha managed to get in a good position for a shot. redbull united's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermenegildo Quintanilha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferenc Mészáros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 石川沙 kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The Castores FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Castores FC's Serter Baydak got a free kick in the 38th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Elio Montana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristiano Giannico. That made the score 2-2 in the 46 minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Peker Uçuk made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Castores FC booed when redbull united was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Rijo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Germano Macena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Giannico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferenc Mészáros came out of the goal and Bernardo Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Hermenegildo Quintanilha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 94 minutes, Ain Vanatoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castores FC and the redbull united players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Castores FC got a freekick which was hit by Ain Vanatoa. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
