Altino Santarém showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Avelar in the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Iwo Zacharzewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marcosta F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C U D Leverense the free kick. A collision led to Marcosta F.C getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Iwo Zacharzewski hit a great ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Virgílio Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C U D Leverense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgílio Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evaristo Moreno in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesualdo Ferreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Altino Santarém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantin Bojincă, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Marcosta F.C's attentive Iwo Zacharzewski managed to snatch the ball when Márcio Rios made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Moreno got free with Jesualdo Ferreira in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, C U D Leverense's Afonso Borba got a free kick in the 28th minute. Iwo Zacharzewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 minutes, Márcio Rios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C U D Leverense and the Marcosta F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C U D Leverense getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Márcio Rios hit a great ball. Marcosta F.C's Altino Santarém played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Bojincă in the 37th minute of play. When Marcosta F.C's Evaristo Moreno in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C U D Leverense's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Tiago Avelar managed to get in a good position for a shot. C U D Leverense's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Avelar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Altino Santarém breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Constantin Bojincă struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Altino Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C U D Leverense. Altino Santarém made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantin Bojincă in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes Marcosta F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Pil. Altino Santarém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Avelar, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
