Idalécio Carrasqueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dário Veríssimo made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Josué Campelo sent off a good shot on target. After 17 played minutes ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC got a freekick which was hit by Albérico Calçada. The audience thought a goal was coming when Odín Wallffiguer got free with Dário Veríssimo in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Idalécio Carrasqueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederico Salazar's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Odín Wallffiguer got free with Dário Veríssimo in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 34 minutes ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hugon Bryk who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on SC Atabueira's corner Hugon Bryk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dário Veríssimo quite easily take care of the ball. SC Atabueira's Idalécio Carrasqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Salazar in the 38th minute of play. With a little luck, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo got control of the ball when Odín Wallffiguer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match SC Atabueira got a corner. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hugon Bryk ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jaime Eiró managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Atabueira's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Eiró was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dário Veríssimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The SC Atabueira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Frederico Salazar made the kick off in the second half. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Campelo in the 51st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Josué Campelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dário Veríssimo was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 54th minute Frederico Salazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Idalécio Carrasqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Belchior Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dário Veríssimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belchior Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Dário Veríssimo came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by SC Atabueira's Belchior Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Belchior Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Bóas Bolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Idalécio Carrasqueira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vinícius Junior in the 71st minute. Dário Veríssimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odín Wallffiguer in the 72nd minute of play. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belchior Ribeiro in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, SC Atabueira's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Salazar came free, but Idalécio Carrasqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinícius Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dário Veríssimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Campelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Memphis Depay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odín Wallffiguer in the 88th minute of play. Vinícius Juniors short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Idalécio Carrasqueira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Vinícius Junior could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Idalécio Carrasqueira however easily saved by the left post. Dário Veríssimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Campelo in the 94th minute of play.
