Samuel Fiúza made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Cássio Cortez sent off a good shot on target. If Jiang De had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ksawery Radziszewski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Samuel Fiúza to make any attempt to save it. Gremio Viana's Fabrizio Crognale managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frank Anastasi in the 19 minute of the game. 21 minutes into the game, Ksawery Radziszewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Samuel Fiúza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute of the match, Ksawery Radziszewski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Samuel Fiúza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 27 minutes Gremio Viana's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romeo Șerbulescu who took care of the corner kick. The Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gremio Viana had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
