The audience thought a goal was coming when Andaka Mula got free with Aquilino Etxeberri in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Sun Guang Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Roriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goal looked a bit too open when Sun Guang Yuan came free, but Gualter Roriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Marcus Odin put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aquilino Etxeberri. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andaka Mula in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Etxeberri saved Clube Oriental de Lisboa from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Delta FS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Clube Oriental de Lisboa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
