Petersfield City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rothwell AFC the free kick. Rothwell AFC's Atilola Oke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erhabor Nwaiwu in the 31st minute of play. The Rothwell AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilola Oke should have stopped the shot. When Ezekiel Okorodudu came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Petersfield City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezekiel Okorodudu couldn't finish the play. Atilola Oke made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Erhabor Nwaiwu sent off a good shot on target. Ezekiel Okorodudu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atilola Oke came out and tried to block the shot, but Ezekiel Okorodudu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 71st minute. Erhabor Nwaiwu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilola Oke having to interfere. Ezekiel Okorodudu spun around in front of the goal 87 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Rothwell AFC's goal. Danny Ajao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Nwokezuike Ajogi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
