Spectators: 6841 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Reynaldo Ibar got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 6 minutes, Reynaldo Ibar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Middridge FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Ibar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Sochima Anyanwu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patryk Flis struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Mattew Pama didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Middridge FC. Middridge FC's Patryk Flis suffered a concussion after 12 minutes and had to leave the field. Sopuluchi Asuzu hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes, Middridge FC's Wasyl Piekarczyk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mattew Pama came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Middridge FC reached it. In the 16th minute, Dunchurch's Sulaimon Ajibade dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 19 minutes of play, Middridge FC's Reynaldo Ibar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mattew Pama was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aliyu Dombraye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Chiazago Yufenyu made a huge save. When Middridge FC's Reynaldo Ibar in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dunchurch's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sulaimon Ajibade in the 29th minute of play forced Middridge FC's goalkeeper Chiazago Yufenyu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Olushola Uke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattew Pama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olushola Uke in the 33rd minute of play forced Dunchurch's goalkeeper Mattew Pama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sulaimon Ajibade hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Dunchurch's goal looked a bit too open when Olushola Uke came free, but Mattew Pama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olushola Uke in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattew Pama prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mattew Pama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agbami Alawuru in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Sulaimon Ajibade made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Dunchurch got a freekick which was hit by Criss Ambaka. After a rather tough play, Dunchurch's Nedu Agada got a free kick in the 56th minute. Middridge FC's Chiazago Yufenyu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aliyu Dombraye in the 62nd minute of play. Sulaimon Ajibade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Ibar in the 76th minute of play forced Dunchurch's goalkeeper Mattew Pama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olushola Uke scored 1-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mattew Pama, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Reynaldo Ibar came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Middridge FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Ibar couldn't finish the play. Mattew Pama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olushola Uke, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes Dunchurch got a freekick which was hit by Furo Ezukanma. In the 91st minute, Safiyanu Igu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Middridge FC's Reynaldo Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Middridge FC played a much better game than Dunchurch and deserved their victory. The Dunchurch players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
