The supporters of Harold Hill booed when Kenilworth AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartholomew Adeseun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kenilworth AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After some careless play in the Kenilworth AFC defense, Ibezimako Obida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osemene Akhigbe. The Kenilworth AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osemene Akhigbe should have stopped the shot. Osemene Akhigbe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibezimako Obida in the 64th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Ibezimako Obida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osemene Akhigbe. Kenilworth AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ibezimako Obida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
