But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Nwilene couldn't finish the play. When Harold Hill's Ibezimako Obida in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ibezimako Obida in the 53rd minute of play forced Wombwell's goalkeeper Chiemenam Okpanachi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes, Chinomso Adebola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harold Hill and the Wombwell players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wombwell's Chiemenam Okpanachi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Wombwell from getting a goal against them. Orchena Eziokwu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tamarautare Ngoka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Harold Hill's Tamarautare Ngoka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Anosike in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wombwell's goalkeeper Chiemenam Okpanachi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chiemenam Okpanachi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 83rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Fred Nwilene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ibezimako Obida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chiemenam Okpanachi having to make a save. Chiemenam Okpanachi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ibezimako Obida in the 97th minute of play.
