Spectators: 6841 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 0) Barhill City's Labaran Kuponu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kenechi Obidimalor was a little too slow when Ngozi Ukpete got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 12thth minute of the game Ngozi Ukpete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barhill City's Kenechi Obidimalor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kenechi Obidimalor made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Eluem Adeegbe sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Egutu Okudo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ibekwe Ndimele. Barnoldswick's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egutu Okudo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Labaran Kuponu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barhill City's supporters rose to their feet, but Labaran Kuponu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ibekwe Ndimele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Barhill City booed when Barnoldswick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kene Coker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ibekwe Ndimele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babale Okeola in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Barnoldswick's Ngozi Ukpete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenechi Obidimalor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eluem Adeegbe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Kenechi Obidimalor made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ngozi Ukpete was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Babale Okeola from a close distance when the talented Ibekwe Ndimele managed to make a qualified save. Barnoldswick's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ngozi Ukpete in the 57th minute of play forced Barhill City's goalkeeper Kenechi Obidimalor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Kene Coker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenechi Obidimalor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Labaran Kuponu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Yobachukwu Oduche fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barnoldswick's protests and gave Yobachukwu Oduche a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Barhill City booed when Barnoldswick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yobachukwu Oduche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ngozi Ukpete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenechi Obidimalor having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Barhill City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egutu Okudo to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Yobachukwu Oduche sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barhill City's Kenechi Obidimalor didn't even have to move. 75 minutes into the match, Barhill City's goal looked a bit too open when Eluem Adeegbe came free, but Kenechi Obidimalor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Babale Okeola kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Barhill City's Babale Okeola fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Ibekwe Ndimele was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Kenechi Obidimalor came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Barnoldswick's Eluem Adeegbe . But to his dismay, Eluem Adeegbe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Kenechi Obidimalor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eluem Adeegbe , who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Babale Okeola's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Ibekwe Ndimele skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Barnoldswick were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Barhill City for a fine match.
