The player immediately received a yellow card. Olisaemeka Ayinla hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Zerenjo Akaruye sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zikora Bazunu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ita Sarki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 15 minutes, Iwobi Adubasim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. nibc fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iwobi Adubasim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute of the match Ebere Nnamoko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wasiu Okpanachi skillfully saved the ball. If Zerenjo Akaruye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ita Sarki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zikora Bazunu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zikora Bazunu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ita Sarki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Folkestone United's Zikora Bazunu got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Zikora Bazunu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. nibc fc's Ita Sarki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zikora Bazunu in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th play minute Zerenjo Akaruye came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ita Sarki. 1-0. Ita Sarki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zikora Bazunu in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zikora Bazunu made a kick off. If Zikora Bazunu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zerenjo Akaruye sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zikora Bazunu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ita Sarki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ita Sarki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th match minute, nibc fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartholomew Oche to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, nibc fc's goal looked a bit too open when Zerenjo Akaruye came free, but Ita Sarki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ita Sarki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zikora Bazunu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Folkestone United getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ettah Ladipo hit a great ball. Zikora Bazunu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ita Sarki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zikora Bazunu's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind nibc fc's goalkeeper Ita Sarki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ita Sarki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zikora Bazunu in the 83rd minute of play. Zikora Bazunu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zerenjo Akaruye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Folkestone United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
